The other day I found my self taking the extra crispy piece of green beans from dinner and began dipping them in a sauce my boyfriend made… and wallla.. an idea.. GREEN BEAN FRIES! I love to dip anything, and this is no exception and what a perfect low carb healthy snack or side dish. Dip or no dip they are excellent and should curve any babes desire for fries. It isn’t about a diet but about a healthy lifestyle and choices.
- Preheat Oven to 425
- Wash + cut ends of fresh Green Beans
- Then toss with garlic powder, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and olive oil
- Place a single layer on cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes
- For extra crispy broil for an additional 2-5 minutes
Try a Wasabi dip, low carb ketchup,yummy ranch or blue cheese… you get my drift… I love dips lol
